JOB SUMMARY: Local companies in Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, and Costa Mesa are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerks to join their team! . Responsibilities include:

1. Review & process all incoming invoices for payment, including matching with POs and Shipping slips
2. Reconcile credit card charges through Concur and code charges to proper G/L Account
3. Support client questions and inquiries
4. Assist the AP/AR Supervisor as needed in the collections process. This may include running collections report, collecting payments and calling on customers for payment status

LOCATION: Santa Ana

POSITION TYPE: Evaluation Hire (to become a permanent employee)

PAY: $20/hr

SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri, 7AM - 3:30pm or 8am - 5PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2- 3 years Previously AP processing experience OR College Degree
• Quickbooks Experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
• Hands on administrative support experience
• Great communication skills to provide good Customer Service
• Comfortable with technology, including learning company specific system
• Enjoy wearing various hats
