Job Description

 JOB SUMMARY: Successful independent insurance agency in Huntington Beach is looking to add to their team! Opportunity to train/grow and help obtain your CA Property/Casualty license with a commitment to stay on with the company for at least 3 years. Responsibilities include:

1. Service existing clients with their needs including but not limited to creating Certificates of Insurance, process renewals, cancellations
2. Make warm outbound calls to existing clients to pitch cross selling other potential insurance products
3. Operational support and administrative activities including paperwork and client follow up’s

LOCATION: Huntington Beach

POSITION TYPE: Evaluation Hire

PAY: Up to $15+/hr, based on experience (previously or currently CA licensed Property/Casualty candidates would be in a higher pay range)

SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri standard business hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent client service mentality and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish a STRONG PLUS
• Open to making a long term commitment to stay & grow with the company (if on the Sales Rep track where company is sponsoring, paying for cost of obtaining license, will require a 3 year commitment)
• Comfortable with sales activities
• Great positive attitude and a loyal team player
