 JOB SUMMARY:  Local cable harness/wiring manufacturer in Santa Ana is looking for a great Customer Service Rep to join their team!  Responsibilities includes:

1. Receiving incoming customer inquiries/requests via phone, email, fax
2. Processing customer requests in Sage system
3. Answer customer questions or escalate when applicable
4. Support front desk and phone reception, as needed

LOCATION: Santa Ana

POSITION TYPE: Evaluation Hire (to be converted to Employee status)

PAY: $16-$18/hr, based on experience

SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3+ years of previous Customer Service experience via phone, including order processing and data entry
• Great communication skills and Customer Service mindset
• Previous Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment REQUIRED
• Previous hands on experience with an ERP system STRONGLY preferred
• Comfortable with problem solving and working with different departments to resolve any customer shipment issues
• Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS
