    Call center looking for customer service minded individuals to place calls to customers. Full-time positions available immediately and we will train you.

    Desired traits and qualifications:

    • Friendly and professional conversation skills
    • Work well in a fun, fast paced environment
    • Work well with others.
    • Ability to graciously handle customer complaints and disputes
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

    Qualifications:

    • 1 year of call center experience
    • Experience working with outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Comfortable working in a high volume role.
    • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
    • Must have the ability to dial 25-35 calls per hour.
    • Effectively manage quality of every call.
    • Spanish speaker is a must.
