Job Description

The Employment Specialist for Office Services will manage every step of the recruiting and hiring process of administrative professionals. From sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting job offers to the selection and placement of candidates and hiring manager communications. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fill 100% of all qualified job orders with urgency
• Make 50 weekly/MPC Calls and additional inside sales calls directly
• Source, recruit, interview, and retain a qualified pool of associates
• Generate and expand business with existing accounts and new accounts
• Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication
• Conduct business in accordance with Express Guidelines and applicable Federal/State Legal Guidelines
• Supervisory responsibility
• Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Outstanding Communicator. Written and verbal skills are superior to most
• Active networker. Create business relationships by pro-actively connecting in-person or social media
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Technologically comfortable. You are proficient in using Word, Excel, CRM and ATS tools
• 1-2 years of customer service, sales, recruiting or relevant industry experience
• Associates Degree (preferred) or High school diploma SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PAY RATE: $20/hr This role is about impacting people’s lives and our company’s growth.
