Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Pay: $20-$24/hr.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Pay
Location: Englewood, CO 80112
Position type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the team of an upscale Hotel in the Inverness business park located in Englewood, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience with full-service, high-volume & multi-departmental billing in industries such as: Hospitality, Universities, Hospitals, etc.

Job Highlights:

• Bill and collect all revenue owed to the hotel in an accurate, timely manner
• Sort and verify accuracy of Night Audit work (primarily receivables aspect), i.e. including reconciliation of banquet check extensions, coding of banquets at cost, review and route sales and promotion checks with back-up
• Post city ledger payments in property management system, reconcile and bill all city ledger accounts
• Reconcile credit card back-up to General Cashier Summary and inform Controller of any discrepancies
• File and distribute credit card cancellations, bulletins and credit warnings
• Process and follow-up on all returned checks accepted as cash payment

What we look for:

• Must have 2+ years' experience in Hospitality, Universities or Hospitals.
• Maintain a professional appears and manner at all times
• High attention to detail
• Experience working with programs such as Birch Street, Sword or Agilisis are a plus!
