Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, meticulous attention to detail, and a track record of maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Process and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.
• Provide support during audits and tax filing processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, but not required).
• Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• High ethical standards and commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
