    Job Description

    CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE JOB SUMMARY:

    Do you have strong attention to detail and a desire to work in a great company culture? A local Records Retrieval company in the Legal sector is looking for motivated, fast-paced relationship builders to join their growing Client Services team!

    CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Advances the record procurement process by following up with the appropriate external parties for the purpose of obtaining outstanding documents as efficiently as possible
    • Produces appropriate paperwork according to state law and attorney preferences to obtain needed records
    • Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all cases and files
    • Issues request packets to the proper facility in accordance with noted specifications
    • Manages workload appropriate and effectively; This role requires daily, sometimes hourly follow up via email and outbound phone calls
    • Builds and sustains exceptional professional relationships with assigned clients through quality communication and service
    • Documents all interactions with both clients and facilities concisely and clearly with professionalism and tact
    • Acts as the primary contact and has an expert understanding of specific client requests
    • Assist with additional clerical duties, reporting, special projects and community events as directed
    • Being self-directed when it comes to daily duties and decisions, but collaborating with the team for pro-active solutions

    SCHEDULE: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with some flexibility on start and end times

    CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE:

    • 2+ years in an Administrative or Office setting
    • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
    • MS Office Word/Excel experience
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Excellent ability to prioritize, execute and problem solve
    • Professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong multi-tasking capabilities
