** ABOUT THE POSITION**

The role of Executive Assistant directly assists the President and supports the Resource Development Team with projects and activities for Express Employment Professionals, Express Healthcare Professionals, Specialized Recruiting Group, as well as the Training and Development, Administration, Risk and Legal, Finance/Accounting, and IT Departments. The primary focuses of this role are Support, Organization, Administration, and Internal Events.

By supporting the President and Resource Development Team with calendar, travel, reporting, meetings, and more, you will support 30 different franchises and their teams to meet local and regional goals. Our goal as an organization is to put a million people to work globally, and the ability of the Executive Assistant to jump all in as a team player in this role is vital.
