Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Goleta, Oxnard, Ventura, Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Learn from the ground up all aspects of the business including inventory, quotes, sales, and warehouse.
• Set appointments and complete quotes and customer's homes.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service.
• Basic math skills
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
