Account Manager Digital Media
Job Description
We are seeking dynamic personalities to join a cutting-edge social media, marketing and public relations firm in the East Metro! as a Social Media Account Manager you would be responsible for building relationships that lead to the development and retention of clients using the phone and email correspondence.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST UNDERSTAND SOCIAL MEDIA: FACEBOOK, TWITTER, GOOGLE+, YELP, FOURSQUARE AND YOUTUBE.
1-2 years of experience or schooling relating to marketing/advertising or as some type of business consultant; or 1-2 years of phone sales
Excellent organizational, problem-solution, and analytical skills
Positive nature
Strong interpersonal skills
Active user of social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Yelp, YouTube
Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups
Desire to improve, receive coaching and act on opportunities
Computer skills required: Active Social Media Profiles; Chrome; Microsoft
