Job Description

We are seeking dynamic personalities to join a cutting-edge social media, marketing and public relations firm in the East Metro! as a Social Media Account Manager you would be responsible for building relationships that lead to the development and retention of clients using the phone and email correspondence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships

• Builds effective relationships and trust with customers
• Manage time and use it responsibly and effectively to maximize efficiency
• Possesses excellent organizational, problem resolution, consultative verbal and written communication skills.
• Coordinates with clients to develop brand objectives, implement monthly plans, and track results.
• Possesses and cultivates brand, marketing, and industry knowledge; demonstrates this understanding in the creation and execution of marketing strategies.
• Monthly, quarterly, annual communications with clients/partners via the telephone.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST UNDERSTAND SOCIAL MEDIA: FACEBOOK, TWITTER, GOOGLE+, YELP, FOURSQUARE AND YOUTUBE.

• 1-2 years of experience or schooling relating to marketing/advertising or as some type of business consultant; or 1-2 years of phone sales

• Excellent organizational, problem-solution, and analytical skills

• Positive nature

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Active user of social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Yelp, YouTube

• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups

• Desire to improve, receive coaching and act on opportunities

• Computer skills required: Active Social Media Profiles; Chrome; Microsoft
