    B2B CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE JOB SUMMARY:

    A manufacturing and distributor of medical devices company located in Caledonia is seeking a B2B Customer Care Representative to join their team. The B2B Customer Care Rep. is expected to offer excellent service by processing orders and following up on calls and emails to collect and analyze information to ensure quality expectations are met. A Customer Care Rep. is also responsible for accurately providing relevant account information and addressing issues promptly by responding to incoming inquiries on orders, products, and pricing. To be successful in this role you must have intermediate to advanced technical skills in order to help customers design products in addition to excellent service experience.

    LOCATION: Caledonia, MI

    POSITION TYPE: Fulltime, Evaluation Hire

    PAY: $ 15.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience

    SCHEDULE: Training hours- 9:00am to 5:30pm, once fully trained 10:00am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday with a rotating shift of 11:30am to 8:00pm.

    CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good organizational and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work under targets and with deadline
    • Positive attitude, proactive engagement and solutions seeking
    • Ability to prioritize work and work effectively on multiple tasks
    • B2B (business to business) Customer Service experience, must have supported companies/business owners
    • 2+ years of B2B Customer Service experience
    • Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook skills
    • College preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
