Job Description

Clearwater Insurance company is looking for a full time Member Services Representative to join their team! Start immediately!

-Will be answering a high volume of calls, answering member questions related to billing and insurance claims

-Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure all calls are handled quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

• 1 yr previous Customer Service experience in Health Insurance or Provider Billing

• Previous Call Center experience

Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hrs a week between 8am-8pm.
