EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS is a professional staffing company dedicated to helping local businesses find local people. We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to become a part of the team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
• Advocate for employee retention and development
• Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
• Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of five (5) HR Management experience
• Experience working with and understanding the unique needs of a high-tech workforce
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong leadership qualities
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with Bamboo HRIS is a plus!
