Your Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Handle incoming calls, requests, and emails from customers.
Product Expertise: Provide customers with accurate product and order information.

Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP is a valuable plus.
Tech Savviness: Must be comfortable with computers and technology.
Positive Attitude: Display great energy and enthusiasm in all interactions.
Customer Goods Exposure: Experience with customer goods is advantageous.
Customer Service Background: Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
Effective Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pressure Handling: Capable of working under pressure while maintaining composure and empathy with customers.
