South Bay based manufacturing company has an exciting opening for an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep! This candidate will not be doing any cold calling.

The general responsibility of the job is to assistant the outside sales rep with account management and order entry.

This is position can either be contract to hire or direct hire with a target salary of 50k/yearly plus incentives. Full benefits upon being hired by company.

Essential Duties:

·        Proactive sell organization products and services

·        Coordinate quote and development of inquiries in a professional and timely manner to customers

·        Process customer orders accurately from entry through invoicing

·        Communicate with customers through manufacturing and shipment process

·        On-going interaction with all departments including outside sales and management

·        Understand market and regional pricing levels

·        Account management and maintaining customer records

·        Resolve any questions or concerns of customers

·        Other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

·        Strong sales and communication skills

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or logistics

·        Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Prior knowledge in industrial sales is a huge plus

·        Ability to work with Technical and Manufacturing departments
