Our client is looking for a Sales Support to join their team in Natick, MA! This company specializes in the distribution of goods and is looking for someone to act as the liaison between the client and the sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is very detail oriented, is an expert at Microsoft Excel, and has a passion for data entry.

Responsibilities of Sales Support:

• Coordinating sales calls and monthly sales meetings including managing the schedule and agenda
• Creating sell sheets and presentations for sales meetings
• Coordinate and manage customer marketing events, trade shows, industry meetings, etc.
• Coordinate sales planning and manufacturer market and store visits
• Maintain an updated product list as well as entering in new items
• Complete all paperwork in regard to new vendors, new items, price changes, and payments from customers

Requirements of Sales Support:

• Comfortability with Microsoft Office
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience working in sales
• Time management and the ability to multitask
• Great communication skills
• Good organizational skills and great attention to detail

Hours: Monday-Friday

• 9:00am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm (Flexible)

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 an hour based on experience
