Our award-winning office is looking for the right candidate to join our team as an Employment Specialist. The successful Employment Specialist (ES) will have a _winning spirit, competitive nature, passion for others, and an advanced understanding of teamwork. _The ES at Express is customer oriented, WORKS WITH A SENSE OF URGENCY IN ALL TASKS, and is a self-starter.

Due to the demand of placing as many people as possible in their next career, it is required that all team members at Express work efficiently under minimal supervision. Our tools are strong and we provide all team members with training on what it takes to succeed. Our Express office embodies a work hard, play hard culture and we believe that PEOPLE are the backbone to our community.

Some of the duties include the following:

• • Qualify candidates for job placement
• • Offer candidates careers based on their skills, experience, and availability
• • Provide thorough orientations to each candidate
• • Perform Inside Sales calls to both new and former companies

Additional skills to succeed include:

• • Social Media
• • Fast Typing without error
• • Switching from one task to the next
• • Ability to work in a database, providing complete documentation
• • Speedy and ongoing communication via phone, email, and text

Candidates applying to our position should have a flexible schedule to work between the hours of 7:45am-5:30pm each day (Monday-Friday)
