Job Description

We are seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team.

This is a temporary position that starts now and goes through about mid December.

Job location is in Agoura Hills. This position is not remote you must be able to be in Agoura Hills for your shift.

THERE ARE 3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

A Shift: M-F 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. B Shift: M-F 4 p.m. – 11:45 p.m. C Shift: Sat 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Please make sure to let us know which shift you are interested in when responding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Decipher handwritten notes and transfer into data base.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills- Minimum 10kph
• Touch typists only
• Basic Math Skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
