Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: SE Portland

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duration: Long term, temp-to-hire

Job Duties:

• Answering phone calls
• Helping walk-in customers
• Responding to both customer phone calls and emails
• Generating & sending quotes
• Entering & confirming orders
• Entering & sending purchase orders
• Record keeping
• Following up on sales quotes
• Coordinating between departments
• Assisting co-workers when caught up

Preferred Experience:

• Customer service experience
• Multi -line phone system
• 10 key calculator and other office equipment; i.e. all in one commercial printer / scanner / copier
• Microsoft computer experience
• Proficient in basic math computations
• Reading and using a tape measure
