We are recruiting for a bright, dependable, team player to join the #1 company in its field that provides continuing education to healthcare physicians.

This is a full time, temp to hire position located in North Andover, MA.

Starting rate is $16/hr.

As a Customer Service Rep you will:

*Answer incoming calls

*Process online orders

*Take orders via phone and online website

*Update customer accounts

*Light troubleshooting

This position requires travel 4-5 times a year for seminars, trade shows and education courses. All expenses paid.

Looking for candidates who have at least 1 year of administrative experience. Debt collection and billing experience a plus but not required.
