Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Pay Rate: $16-18/hr

Hours: 6 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

As a Customer Service Representative, you will process customer orders, prepare pricing quotes for products, provide customer support, prepare shipments for export, and provide technical support to outside representatives, distributors, and end-users. You will also coordinate export shipments with freight companies, ensuring all export documentation is accurate.

A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial environment
• strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
• a pleasant telephone manner and ability to effectively communicate with customers
• the ability to operate office equipment, such as fax machines and copiers
• 2 business references
• a high school diploma, or equivalent
• the ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
