We currently have a Recruitment Specialist position opening.  As a Recruitment Specialist, you will begin by helping job seekers have a great experience with our office by conducting the initial steps in our interview process over the phone as well as other assisting with general office responsibilities. This job requires great phone and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to type and take detailed notes while having a conversation with an applicant.

The main goal of the Recruitment Specialist is to move applicants through the hiring process and match them with the available jobs we have with businesses throughout the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Billing/Collections

• Payroll processed weekly

• General Office responsibilities (ex. Filing, answer phones)

• Work with outside Sales Representative and Employment Specialist to synchronize sales and recruiting.

• Work closely with all team members to ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner.

• Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication.

ATTRIBUTES:

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude

• Basic computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) and customer service experience

• Great phone etiquette and excellent verbal and written skills

• Must be able to work effectively under stress.

• High school diploma/GED required

PAY:    $15/hr.
