Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Staffing Manager to lead our internal Licensed Medical staffing team! You will be responsible for managing the team that staffs licensed medical positions throughout California.  This management position will be responsible for growing and directing licensed medical sales and recruiting activity. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and support the licensed medical sales and recruiting team
• Drive sales, recruiting, credentialing, and placement activity
• Develop and implement workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
• Implement company culture, values, and policies
• General management and supervision of licensed medical staffing team
• Participate on the company Leadership Team to ensure coordinated support and growth across all service lines
• Assist in the set-up of a new office location

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum five years work experience in licensed healthcare staffing sales and recruiting (required)
• Clinical licensure is a plus
• Three or more years of management experience, preferably in healthcare staffing
• Growth mindset for self, team, and company
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong leadership qualities
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws

LOCATION AND GROWTH PLAN

Currently located in Eureka, CA, we plan to move the Healthcare Service team to a stand-alone location in Sonoma or Sacramento counties.  Initially, work with be remote.  The Healthcare Staffing Manager will have significant say in the location of the stand-alone office as well as hiring decisions in partnership with the owner to grow the business.
