HOURS: M-F 8A-5P

PAY RATE: $17/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE:

The ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE will provide service to customers in multiple aspects of customer services, including order processing. Responsibilities include:

• Process customers’ orders, returns, and repair requests
• Answer incoming calls to the department
• Answer and monitor the incoming emails from internal and external customers
• Work directly with customers, vendors, management and peers to successfully resolve problems
• Schedule ship dates and notify customer of estimated ship dates
• Liaison with Accounting, Vendors, and RMA Receiving Departments to resolve repairs, billing, and credit problems
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT FOR AN ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE:

• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business environment
• 1+ years of order processing strongly preferred
• Customer service experience is desired
• Must have and be proficient at data entry
• Microsoft Office computer skills required
• Strong communication skills by way of telephone and email
• Experience with Great Plains a plus
