We are looking for a Payroll/Accounts Receivable to join a client of ours in the South Metro! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. This is a direct hire opportunity with excellent benefits offered!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Complete processing of weekly Payroll

· Maintaining payroll databases

· File necessary union reporting

· Generate Prevailing wage Reports and file when necessary

· Process customer invoicing

· Process deposits and apply cash to appropriate accounts

· File Highway Contract tax return

· Sales tax filing

· File contractor excise tax

· Coordinate Job close out process

· Make A/R collection calls

​QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience with Sage 300 accounting software is a plus

· Experience processing payroll in the construction industry is preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· 2 years Payroll experience

· Detail Orientated

· Associates degree in Accounting

· Experience with Union reporting is preferred

· Positive attitude
