Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter for a manufacturing company in Long Beach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct interviews, onboarding, identify qualified candidates and make offers
• Manage applicants flow, daily applicants’ intake, and screen potential applicants
• Obtain applicants by way of referrals, social media, and job fairs
• Understanding hiring manager’s needs and build rapport
• Outbound and Inbound calls throughout the day
• Constant communication with hiring manager
• Handle requests with urgency and accuracy
• Data entry

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Outlook
• Solid Time Management and Organization skills
• Initiative, and Strong Interpersonal skills

POSITION: Recruiter LOCATION: Long Beach RATE: $18.00/hr. - $20.00/hr.

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
