Job Description

FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR/PAYROLL CLERK – PART TIME

The local office of a major staffing company located in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a person to join our team to process their weekly payroll. This requires a person that is very detail orientated, accurate, computer literate and likes to deal with people directly or on the phone.

Must have experience in VMS such as Fieldglass, IQ Navigator or Tungsten

· Strong attention to detail

· Previous office/customer service experience

· Good time management skills

· Organized

· Self-motivated

· Reliable/Trustworthy

· Able to work with minimal supervision

· Patient

· Editing of timecards – good comparison skills

· Dealing with clients and associates to obtain and verify information or resolve discrepancies

· Enter data into our proprietary software system

· Print checks, take care of direct deposit forms, etc.

· Filing

This position is part time, approximately 20 hours per week Monday through Wednesday.

Salary: $14/hr. to $15/hr. DOE
