    In-Home Sales Closer (One call close) – Warm Leads Are you looking to blaze a trail to making a six-figure income? Our local real estate company is looking for an outstanding world-class in-home, one call closer sales professional. In this role, you will take on the challenge of closing warm residential property owner leads (in-home). You’ll be expected to seal the deal on the first meeting on a daily basis, as you meet with 3 to 5 pre-qualified warm leads a day. This competitive and highly rewarding role is ideal for a highly self-motivated sales professional. It is handsomely compensated by an uncapped 100% commission structure.  All leads are inbound (warm-to-hot). Responsibilities: • Close phone appointments set by the appointment setter by building rapport with clients over the phone then setting up an in-home appointment to visit with the client at their home. • Negotiate a preliminary buy estimate with homeowners over the phone. • Take pictures and a short video of the inside and outside of the house to confirm repairs estimates back at the office. • Take every opportunity to close the deal on the first meeting by overcoming objections. Below is a breakdown of the time projected to be spent on major activities in this role. • 25% - Taking existing phone appointments (warm leads) set by the appointment setter. • 20% - Taking calls from sellers (warm leads), filling out questionnaires and filtering leads, reviewing the online property file to confirm target buy price. • 35% of your time will be spent onsite building rapport with the property owner and closing the deal onsite. • 10% - Performing online research on the property to confirm the appropriate buy price. • 10% - Pre-meeting: time will be spent driving to and from appointments. • 5% - of your time will be spent on-site assessing the property for repair cost (quick 7-minute assessment). • 5% - Filling out contract templates, checking e-mail, team standup meeting, etc. Qualifications: • Must have a hunter’s mentality  • Must have strong experience with one call in-home close and overcoming objections • Consistent and proven track record of closing new business on the first meeting • Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using SPIN selling and various sales techniques to 'always be closing' • Currently earning good commission and now looking to further increase earnings • Professional business image, as you will be the face of the company in the field • Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind and flexibility in approach • Must be willing to learn and continuously improve closing skills • Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills  • A real estate license if NOT required Compensation: $165,000 uncapped commissions
