Responsibilities: Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results Able to retouch photos to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner Qualifications: Prefer real estate photography experience but will train Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
