    We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Take preset prospect phone appointments set by our lead intake team • Complete remaining portion of prospect questionnaire, while building a strong rapport • Actively listen and address all of the prospects' questions and concerns • Develops rapport and trust with prospects easily and converts into new client sales opportunities • Close the prospect over the phone and receive a high commission • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance, and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Qualifications: Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Two years of previous sales experience Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • You must be fluent in speaking and writing in English and Spanish • Strong persuasion and problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Familiarity with CRMs and marketing/lead technologies or the ability to learn new systems quickly • Must love talking to prospects, converting to clients and closing deals by phone • Must be technology savvy and a quick learner • Experienced in conversational negotiation • Previous commission sales experience is required Compensation: • MEX $44,000 - MEX $53,000/MONTH = 1 average commission sale a month, your commissions are uncapped, but there is no hourly pay • PHP ₱110,000 - ₱134,000/MONTH = 1 average commission sale a month, your commissions are uncapped, but there is no hourly pay • $2500/MONTH = 1 average commission sale a month, your commissions are uncapped, but there is no hourly pay • 100% large commissions, uncapped commissions Compensation: $2,500 monthly average commission
