DHL / EXPRESS ONE LOGISTICS

Express One Logistics is an award-winning service provider with DHL Express. We seek an experienced professional to work as Operations Supervisor in our DCA facility.

ABOUT THE POSITION • Full Time Monday to Friday

• Manage and assist 40+ couriers daily.

• Actively manage morning sort with 5,000+ packages daily

• Balance courier workloads to ensure a productive, safe and successful day

• Review, identify and improve daily KPI’s

• Analyze and optimize routes to increase productivity

• Ensure a safe and highly motivated work environment

YOU ARE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU • Have a bachelor’s degree, and/or

• Have 4 to 6 years of management experience in supply chain or logistics management

• Are comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Possess and demonstrate superior communication skills

• Are well-organized and time-conscious

• Capable of handling multiple concurrent matters of importance

• Must be available to work a full day, 40-55 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding data and how to run reports in Excel is particularly important.
