HOURS:  M-F 8A-5P

PAY RATE:  $19 TO $22/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE:

The ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE will provide service to internal and external customers including Vendors, Accounting, Receiving, and Purchasing departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:

• Process customers’ orders, returns, and repair requests
• Interact with vendors and various departments including Accounting, Receiving, and Purchasing
• Assist with processing returns/RMAs by resolving repairs, billing, and credit problems
• Answer and monitor incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers
• Work directly with customers, vendors, management, and peers to successfully resolve problems
• Schedule ship dates and notify customer of estimated ship dates
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT FOR AN ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP REPRESENTATIVE:

• 2+ years of experience in business-to-business environment
• 1+ years of order processing strongly preferred
• Customer service experience is desired
• Must have and be proficient at data entry
• Microsoft Office computer skills required
• Strong communication skills by way of telephone and email
• Experience with Great Plains a plus
