Our client is growing! They are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator who will coordinate activities within departments, in and out of the office setting. This company has very little turn over! They take care of their own. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Promote and sell Inventory, represented product lines, and services • Pursue opportunities to increase sales and gross margins • Attend required training schools to further develop skills and product knowledge • Maintain good customer/vendor relation skills, pricing and sales knowledge.
Will coordinate inside and outside activities with the following: • Vendor representatives (with prices, deliveries, specifications, new products) • Accounting department (billing and/or pricing discrepancies) • Warehouse personnel (quantity discrepancy, purchase order problems, receiving problems. • Customers (securing new orders, helping with problems or complaints—billing, delivery or backorders)
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Good computer skills, math skills and communication. Must know and understand Outlook, Word, and Excel
PAY RATE:_ _ $15.00-$17.00/hour
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
