BRAND MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY:

We’ve developed a program which allows us to optimize and grow sales for brands in the health and medical space on Amazon and other marketplaces. The Brand Manager will manage and drive success for our partnered brands and leverage key learnings/feedback to improve the Amazon experience for Brands and Customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work closely with clients to develop and execute Amazon strategy
• Engage in uploading the client’s catalog of products on to the Amazon marketplace and Brand Registry Management
• Frequently communicate with multiple clients regarding their Amazon strategy. This will mostly be through email, but does include in-person and phone contact
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure advertising, purchase orders, copy, and listing creation are completed in a timely manner
• Provide reporting to clients that detail key success metrics like sales, Amazon reviews, and advertising performance
• Monitor all product SKUs to ensure listings are always optimized Following Amazon best practices and initiate support cases when listings are broken or not showing correctly. Merge ASINs, Create Variation Listing, and upload flat files.
• Create A+ Content and Brand Stores
• Provide a high level of service to executive level client representatives and team members and assisting the organization in achieving a service excellence culture.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 2+ years’ experience in with selling on Amazon as a Brand
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or comparable work experience.
• Proven fundamental knowledge of Amazon Policies, restrictions and best practices for selling on Amazon & other marketplaces.
• Knowledge and experience with Amazon FBA, Sponsored Products, Promotions, etc.
• Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
• Passion to work in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Must be highly organized, technically-minded, and an excellent communicator
• Commitment to quality work, attention to detail and sense of urgency and ownership of responsibilities.
