Expression Networks is looking for a college junior/senior or graduate student majoring in computer science, data science, statistics, or related disciplines to join our full-time 2023 Paid Summer Internship program in Washington, DC. This role will work independently and within a cross-functional team led by a Sr. Data Scientist on tasks related to delivering high-impact data engineering and science solutions to our customers. This internship program will expose you to the demands of our federal clients and the successes of high-performing teams.

• Hybrid opportunity with onsite expectations in the heart of Washington DC

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must be college Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student
• US Citizenship
• 1+ year of experience in Python and/or Java
• Knowledge in databases and SQL
• Ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with your team

HIGHLY DESIRED:

• Knowledge of machine learning/AI methodologies
• Prior internship experience in data science-related fields
