Repair and maintain coffee machines, including espresso machines and related equipment. Perform ongoing preventive maintenance. Previous experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record. Must be comfortable using technology, service software, and diagnostic tools, with a willingness to learn new systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required. Customer service experience is essential. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using standard diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Participation in an on-call rotation is required to cover emergency service needs during evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
