    Exquisite Properties Hiring Real Estate Sales Agents for Zillow Flex Team Must have TX RE license! Exquisite Properties is growing and we need experienced and licensed Realtors to join our high-producing brokerage! This is a great opportunity for you to grow your business with a very well-established and rapidly growing brokerage. Chances are that you aren't receiving the support that you need to advance your career. Many of the agents we interview aren't. You are probably looking for guidance about what to do next and when to do it. Maybe you've been interviewing but haven't found the right fit. Most brokerages don't offer the systems, accountability, and training that are required for success but we do! We have over 500 hundred 5-star reviews on Zillow and were chosen to be a Zillow Flex Partner in San Antonio. What does that mean for you? Lots of appointments! Because of being chosen as one of only three Flex Partners in SA, our in-house Inside Sales Agents receive approximately 250-300 leads per month. They then turn these leads into appointments for our agents. Not raw leads that you have to chase down but actual appointments. We provide at least 6+ appointments per month per agent, transaction coordinators, a real estate-specific CRM Platform, a Director of Sales, and marketing, a listing coordinator, a past client coordinator that follows up with our past clients and plans our client events, an individual website with IDX feed, many weekly training opportunities, an in-house attorney, and all of the tools you need to keep your pipeline full and all of your closings on track. We provide the support so you do what you want to be doing - showing homes, submitting offers, negotiating, and closing deals! In other words, you get to do the "people work", not the paperwork. You'll have a Director of Sales and a Broker who are in the office every day to coach, train, and help you get to the next level in your production. A $100,000+ salary at Exquisite Properties is very achievable and, in fact, most of our agents are making that and more. We are looking for experienced, highly motivated, and hard-working agents to join our team and help with our influx of leads. We provide everything you need to close at least two deals a month and most of our agents are closing between 4 - 8 deals each month with some closing upwards of 10 per month. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include: • Building your pipeline by staying consistent with lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up • Provide 5-star service and support for all of your clients • Working with both buyers and sellers from the beginning of their real estate journey to closing and beyond • Property tours and selection • Writing and submitting offers • Negotiating contracts and repairs • Managing deals from contract to close Qualifications: • Texas Real Estate License is a MUST • Growth & abundance mindset with a strong desire to hustle • Tech-savvy, willing to learn new systems and follow all lead follow-up protocols • Excellent communicator • Coachable, self-starter, and motivated with a willingness to be held accountable • Culture is huge here!
