We sold over $80 million in real estate last year and our goal for this year is to sell $100 million - come help us reach our goal for the second half of 2020! We are one of the Zillow's largest partners in San Antonio with over 500 5-star reviews. Because of this exposure, our Inside Sales Agents receive over 300 leads per month. Our ISA's then work hard to turn these leads into appointments for our Buyer's Agents.   We provide at least 8+ appointments per month per agent (NOT leads, actual appointments), a Transaction Coordinator, a cutting edge CRM Platform, coaching/mentoring, marketing, training and all of the tools you'll need to help keep your pipeline full and all of your closings on track and on time!  Do you feel lost at your current brokerage with no guidance and no one available to answer your questions? You'll have a Director of Sales who is there to coach, train, mentor and help you get to the next level. A six-figure income at Exquisite Properties is an easily achievable goal and we have agents making over $200K. Our agents are closing at least 3 transactions per month and we need a few more agents to help manage the influx of leads we are getting. Qualifications: • 1 year as a Real Estate Agent with annual Sales Volume over $1,000,000 each year • Texas Real Estate License • A true desire to work hard, help people become homeowners and be part of a great team Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
