Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable IT Consultant to join our team. As an IT Consultant, you will discover our customers’ business objectives and provide strategic advice on how they can best use technology to achieve their goals. You will provide technical training and help clients learn how to best integrate their technology systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Discover the needs of each client and their business objectives

Develop strategies for using technology to achieve their business goals

Collaborate with in-house staff to manage IT systems

Train staff on new and existing technologies

Design and implement IT systems and networks

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, MBA/MSc is preferred

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to work well as part of a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills
