    Job Description

    As part of the Global Brand Marketing team, the Graphic Design Manager owns visual identity in all marketing and comms channels. This role requires flexing your creative skills with hands-on design as well as overseeing agencies and freelancers to fulfill corporate design needs.

    In addition to bringing a strong visual aesthetic and direction to the team, you will advocate for the impact of good design and user experiences in brand building, demand generation and customer engagement. You are proactive and excited to collaborate with a wide range of colleagues in Marketing as well as Product, People & Culture, Customer Success and more.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Extend our visual brand across all mediums to create a singular and compelling experience
    • Develop innovative concepts that can transcend multiple campaigns and use cases, ensuring our marketing is differentiated and compelling
    • Create integrated campaign assets such as print and digital advertising, infographics, ebooks, whitepapers, signage, booths, branded merchandise and more
    • Provide design direction and creation for our website and digital properties
    • Develop the visual component of key corporate presentations as needed
    • Build and iterate on design guidelines and templates that enable external agencies as well as other teams to develop their own assets
    • Own the request and version control process for all design assets, expertly balancing the needs for quality and speed at a global scale
    • Be a passionate collaborator who continually up-levels our campaigns and corporate identity

    Qualifications

    • A professional design portfolio is required to apply for this position
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally with B2B technology
    • A passion for strong design and impeccable quality standards
    • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and experience working in PowerPoint
    • Working knowledge of web and digital technologies as well as the the ability to design with digital UX best practices in mind
    • Video and 3D design knowledge are a plus
