Senior Global Marketing Operations & Insights Manager
Job Description
Reporting directly to, and working closely with, the Global Marketing Operations Director, the Senior Marketing Operations & Insights Manager is a critical strategic role on global marketing team, providing operational excellence, analytical leadership and insightful analysis and senior management reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing operations, data, and analytics professional to support to the Global Marketing team to in optimizing program delivery, reporting and performance across all channels.
What you will be doing:
Implement marketing KPIs relevant for the marketing departments objectives
Measure the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs
Weekly reporting on marketing KPIs to the organization
Optimize marketing program delivery, reporting and performance across all channels
Monitor and manage data quality and provide data-driven insights to inform investments and plans
Responsible for supporting regional / global stakeholders from a reporting perspective
Support with Sales Development reporting and technology requirements, including delivery of lead flow to SDR team
Be the driver of efficiencies and creativity in marketing processes to enable more effective execution
Proactively monitor and manage data quality and provide data-driven insights to inform investments and plans
Dashboard Management: Establish dashboards to provide self-service across theaters and marketing functions
Support with Business Development reporting and technology requirements, including lead process ownership and delivery of lead flow to our BDR team
Ensure data quality in reporting from point of data capture.
Qualifications
5+ years of direct experience implementing, maintaining and optimizing marketing technology and campaign management platforms
3+ years of direct experience with Marketing Ops A/B testing, data augmentation, audience segmentation, analytics, and targeting
3+ years’ experience with Google Analytics
Practical experience in reporting across platforms (Google Analytics, Marketo & Salesforce) and the best practice implementation & use of each platform for reporting.
Ability to architect solutions and internal data flows to streamline and simplify complex lead workflows
Experience working with IT Operations using user stories / acceptance criteria in Jira to facilitate business / technical requirements
Understanding of the end-to-end flow of the marketing demand waterfall, marketing data, and the day-to-day operational requirements of a marketing function, including email marketing, social media marketing, UTM management, SEO, and SEM/paid advertising
Experienced at cross-functional collaboration and executive level communication / delivery: An analytical and consultative thinker who can take data and paint a path forward
A powerhouse with both Salesforce and Marketo
Hands-on experience with a leading BI tool such as Power BI
Excellent Excel skills and know-how
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with an appreciation of working within a global organization
Results-driven and able to work to deadlines
Excellent communication and presentation skills
