We’re looking for a full-time Insurance Collector/Coder to join the team. This role can be remotely based in Florida.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing account A/R.
• Responsible for following up with insurance companies for outstanding claims.
• Performs insurance/billing clerical duties, including review and verification of patient account information.
• Resolve balances due from insurance companies.
• Communicates trends to supervisor.
• Works in concert with offshore team.
• Keep current with industry standards for billing and coding including all code changes.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of previous collections experience in a medical setting.
• COC certification.
• Innovative, initiative, flexible, transparent, and honest.
