    The Marketing Programs Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, will develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and scale existing marketing operations. This role will be a critical member of the Marketing team, work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success and have high visibility across the entire company. The right candidate will be a strategic marketer who is proactive and has the capability to both plan and execute flawlessly.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Campaign execution and optimization: Develop campaign strategy, offers, messaging, and promotional materials, coordinating execution and completion of programs working with functional team members on tactics including but not limited to advertising, email marketing, webinars and customer marketing initiatives. Own the project plans. Assume full responsibility for execution, identifying additional resources as needed.
    • ABM: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Demand Generation and the VP of Sales to design, plan and execute account-based marketing programs. Is getting training on that, but they have not implemented that solution in marketo yet.
    • Marketing Automation oversight: Owns marketing automation to ensure the right processes, structures and workflows align marketing programs and demand generation efforts across the marketing funnel (nurture efforts, lead scoring, lead dispositioning, lead routing, integration with SFDC operations, tracking, etc.).
    • Campaign monitoring, routing and reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on results and effectiveness. Ensure responses from programs are appropriately tracked, engaged and delivered to the intended organization (Marketing, SDR, Sales). Experiment, identify what’s working, what’s not working, and how to continuously optimize programs.
    • Cross-functional alignment and partnership: Partner and build excellent relationships with cross-functional teams to align and strive for well-thought-out and strategic Marketing.

     

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience working in marketing for a B2B software or information technology company with proven results
    • A PASSION for marketing and the skillset to prove it–with campaigns that drove revenue directly resulted from your marketing masterminding
    • Out-of-this-world project management skills with the ability to multitask and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines without much supervision
    • Experience implementing marketing automation programs and processes, preferably with Hubspot
    • Experience and familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce) and integration between Marketing and Sales operations
    • Desire for working in a fast-paced start-up environment, comfort with change, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, whatever it takes
    • Want to find creative, innovative ways to capture the attention and mindshare of our target market and deliver value, and also has a passion for process and technical enablement
    • Event management and Sales Enablement experience a plus
