    We are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist with strong HRIS systems experience to report to the VP, of Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for all the America’s payroll, benefits, records and core process enablement through systems and support. Your responsibilities will include the following:

    Payroll & Benefits Specialist:

    • Run full cycle payroll for employees in multiple offices
    • Process and monitor taxation of salaries, direct deposits, garnishment orders, and other issues that impact payroll specifications
    • Maintain and document all payroll records, general ledgers, and conduct audits as necessary
    • Resolve pay issues and errors by collaborating with HR Business Partner and external vendors
    • Responsible for administering and coordinating company-wide benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance plans, retirements plans, and other total reward programs
    • Provide new and existing employees with an explanation of benefits and eligibility; instruct them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures
    • Administer COBRA, LOAs, FMLA, HSA/FSA usage and other issues as required by our in-house regulations and legal requirements
    • Manage annual renewal and associate education
    • Manage 401k administration, reporting and compliance
    • Process enrollments and resolve employee issues with insurance providers and vendors

    HRIS Operations:

    • Responsible for the integrity and reliability of the America’s HRIS system, ensuring that applications support the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department
    • Manage reporting functions including creating standard and custom reports and responding to ad hoc report requests in collaboration with HR Business Partner
    • Support the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company
    • Support departments across the organization regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Consolidate all HR reporting globally and establish ongoing process
    • Manage and maintain accurate employee profiles and data in the HRIS
    • Process organizational changes timely including promotions, transfers, salary changes, etc.
    • Update and maintain all employee files and records including I-9 verification of employment, visas, sponsorships, performance documentation etc.
    • Perform regular audits of the HRIS and reconciliation of invoices related to medical plans, HSA/FSA, disability, etc.
    • Respond to employee verification and state compliance requests
    • Process new hire employee and termination paperwork in a timely fashion with accuracy
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding all total rewards issues, questions, and concerns
    • Other related administrative duties as assigned

    Requirements, Skills and Abilities for Success:

    • 5+ years of experience running full cycle payroll, both hourly and exempt, and including commissioned employees and benefits
    • Experience with HR data analysis, reporting and creating presentations
    • Knowledge of payroll standards, wage laws and practices
    • Experience administering company-wide benefit programs
    • Familiarly with HRIS, payroll and benefits software systems, Paylocity (preferred)
    • Experience with HRIS systems implementation preferred
    • Previously experience working with global company desired
    • Self-motivated, collaborative and a strong focus on service delivery, quality, and efficiency
    • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
    • Ability to problem solve and 'think on your feet'
    • Ability to handle high volume of employee contacts daily while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Excellent planning and organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
