  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a full-time Patient Account Representative to join the team. This role will report to the office in Clearwater, FL.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Collect payments from the patients for processing.
    • Resolve any issues relating to the patient account.
    • Answer any questions the patients may have about their account.
    • Assist the patients with terms for repayment structures.
    • Negotiate any overdue balance to recover payment from the patients.
    • Explain insurance benefits to the patients.
    • Handling Incoming/Outgoing phones

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Previous collections experience.
    • Innovative, initiative, flexible, transparent, and honest.
