We’re looking for a full-time Patient Account Representative to join the team. This role will report to the office in Clearwater, FL.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collect payments from the patients for processing.
- Resolve any issues relating to the patient account.
- Answer any questions the patients may have about their account.
- Assist the patients with terms for repayment structures.
- Negotiate any overdue balance to recover payment from the patients.
- Explain insurance benefits to the patients.
- Handling Incoming/Outgoing phones
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous collections experience.
- Innovative, initiative, flexible, transparent, and honest.
