Our business performs outdoor, exterior cleaning services that are as rewarding as they are impactful. Whether it’s restoring a property’s curb appeal, preparing a beachfront resort for its upcoming season, or helping a business prepare for an important inspection, your work makes a visible difference.

We’re seeking an experienced exterior cleaning technician to support our growing business and perform the job duties and company standards outlined below:

Core Responsibilities

Perform ladder-based and ground-level Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, and Pressure Washing across residential and commercial properties

Follow professional-grade window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing procedures

Maintain organized and timely job notes, client details, and time records in our system

Communicate frequently and effectively with customers, teammates, and office management about schedules, progress, and site work

Follow company and OSHA safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and professional job-site

Must Have Qualifications:

Professional experience (1-3 years) in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, or pressure washing

Active & Valid Drivers License. A clean driving and personal record, and a reliable vehicle for transportation

Demonstrable organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with high-rise, rope-descent, or specialized access work

Familiarity with fall-protection systems, harnesses, anchors, and safety protocols

Compensation & Growth

Full-time W2 role. All offers of employment will be contingent upon a successful background check.

Job-based pay

Annual earnings range: $55,000–$70,000

Advancement: Our team is held to high standards/expectations in all aspects of their work, including both field and administrative duties. As such, high performers are recognized, rewarded, and eligible for advancement within our organization. Our average tenure is 4.5 years!

Annual Bonus Eligibility: Based on individual performance within the company
