High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Must have a clean, valid driver's license

21 years of age or older

High degree of attention to detail

Must have reliable transportation to work

High level of professionalism

High capacity, self-motivated, driven individual

Skill of math (basic adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing – know how to figure square footage)

Ability to lift 50lb and be in good health

Comfortable climbing ladders, crawl spaces, and being on roofs (not afraid of heights/claustrophobic)

Pressure/Soft Washing cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Know your route and schedule daily

Professional appearance and communication with clients Available to work year-round (all weather conditions)

Communicate well with clients
