Project Manager – Exterior Construction

$23–$28/hour (based on experience)

Monday–Friday + most Saturdays (overtime expected during peak season)

Job Description: McClellands Roofing & Contracting is growing, and we’re looking to add an Exterior Construction Project Manager to our team for the upcoming spring–fall season. You’ll be responsible for overseeing exterior construction projects from start to finish while serving as the main point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and internal team members.

Exterior Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee exterior construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met

Communicate regularly with homeowners to provide updates and address questions

Coordinate schedules with suppliers, crews, and teammates

Manage materials, timelines, and project progress

Problem-solve on the fly and keep projects moving efficiently

Exterior Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

Prior construction or project management experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Reliable, motivated, and able to work overtime when needed

Comfortable working Monday–Friday with most Saturdays during busy periods
