Job Title: Exterior Door Builder

Pay: Hourly Rate (Competitive)

Shift: Day- 8am-5pm Mon-Friday

Job Summary:

Stroud Supply is currently seeking a dependable and skilled Exterior Door Builder to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for building, assembling, and prepping custom doors to meet the specifications of our customers. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and modify exterior doors per order requirements

Operate hand tools, saws, drills, and other door shop machinery

Accurately measure, cut, and prep door components

Inspect products for defects or quality issues before shipment

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Assist with general warehouse or shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in carpentry, construction, or woodworking preferred

Ability to read work orders, use measuring tools, and follow instructions

Comfortable using power tools and operating shop equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods

Warehouse Experience

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Experience on a New Magnum Norfield E-Series door machine is a plus.

Reliable transportation

Forklift experience
